About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our creative team at K2. This role is ideal for a highly motivated individual with a passion for design, strong visual aesthetics, and the ability to translate concepts into compelling creative work. As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will support senior team members, contributing to brand identity development, packaging, and digital projects while refining your craft in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development of brand identity systems and packaging design.
  • Collaborate with senior designers to execute creative concepts across various mediums.
  • Conduct research and gather inspiration to support the creative process.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and client-facing materials.
  • Work within project timelines and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Revise designs based on feedback from senior team members and clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and design innovations.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 1-2 years of experience in a creative agency or relevant field.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design and branding skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Basic understanding of typography, layout, and color theory.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to take constructive feedback and implement revisions effectively.
  • Passion for branding, design, and creative problem-solving.
  • A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow within a team.
