Account Lead — Brand, Packaging & Digital

Our portfolio is growing, in Greece and internationally. To support that growth, we are building a dedicated Account Management department — and we’re looking for the person who will lead its client-facing edge.

Corporate and institutional organisations including Alpha Bank, Cosmote, Photiades Group, Vivartia/Delta, Praktiker, Notos, Alter Ego Media and Olympia Development.
Cultural institutions with complex stakeholder structures: Megaron The Athens Concert Hall, the Greek National Opera, the National Theatre of Greece, the Museum of Cycladic Art, the Benaki Museum, the Goulandris Museum of Natural History, the Deste Foundation, the Luxembourg Philharmonic, the City of Athens and the National Hellenic Research Foundation.

The role
You join a department being set up now — structure, tools and process are being defined as you arrive. Your mandate is the clients and the team.
- Full ownership of a portfolio: the relationship, the scope, the timeline, the commercial health of every project
- The translation layer between client and creative team — turning a commercial objective into a brief a designer can use, and defending the work in the room
- Leading and developing a Junior Account Executive and an intern
- Growing existing accounts: seeing where a project should have been a programme
Direct reporting to the COO, with a seat in the conversations where delivery and commercial decisions get made
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years in a creative, branding or communications agency with genuine client ownership — not coordination
- Real experience in identity and packaging. You know a packaging project doesn’t end at artwork, and a brand book isn’t a deliverable but a tool
- Comfort with budgets, scope creep, and the conversation where the client wants three more rounds
- Fluency in Greek and English at presentation and proposal level
- Judgement about when to protect the work and when to push it. A creative studio doesn’t need an administrator between it and the client
- Comfort operating in a function that is still taking shape. You’ll be shaping how it works, not stepping into a finished system

Junior Account Executive — Brand, Packaging & Digital

Our portfolio is growing, in Greece and internationally. To support that growth, we are building a dedicated Account Management department — and we’re looking for someone early in their career who wants to learn this craft properly.

What you’ll do
- Support the Account Lead in day-to-day client management
- Write briefs and contact reports, and keep timelines alive in Basecamp
- Coordinate the flow between design, production and client: approvals, amends, deliverables
- Check files and artwork before they leave the studio. The detail isn’t the small part of this job, it’s most of it
- Help prepare presentations and proposals
What we’re looking for
- 1–2 years in an agency or client-side marketing role — or an exceptionally strong internship
- Organisation. If emails and deadlines slip past you, this role will be difficult
- Clear written Greek and English
- Genuine interest in design. You don’t need to design, you need to understand what you’re looking at
- The confidence to ask rather than guess

Account Management Internship

This is an internship inside our new Account Management department, offered as a university placement — real projects, real client work, not observation from the side of the room.
Our portfolio is growing, in Greece and internationally, and the department is being built now. You’ll see how that happens from the inside.

What you’ll do
- Support the team in tracking projects: timelines, status, file organisation
- Take notes in client meetings and turn them into recaps people actually use
- Help with market and competitive research for brand and packaging projects
- Contribute to presentation preparation
- Learn how a project moves from brief to shelf
What we’re looking for
- A student or recent graduate in marketing, communication, business or a related field, eligible for a university internship placement
- Attention to detail and reliability on deadlines
- Comfortable working in English
- Curiosity about brands. You should have a view on why one pack works and another doesn’t
